Our factory trained and certified technicians are constantly retraining and keeping up to date with the latest technology. They can draw from manufacturers support as well as our extensive library of manuals and documentation.
Every piece of office equipment that we sell or
lease is offered with an extensive service package that will
keep your equipment running efficiently for it's entire useful
life.
As an Authorized Panasonic Sales and
Service Dealer we can perform most warranty service in house,
saving you time and getting your equipment back online fast.
Our Service Support staff consists of a full-time service dispatcher, marketing support representative, in house technical support representative, parts purchasing coordinator, and five telephone operators to process your requests and orders.
Our Service Contracts Include:

Scheduled cleanings and preventative maintenance inspections. These keep your equipment clean and in top operating condition.

Priority service--Fast on-site response to emergency service calls. We will also perform service on a billable basis.

Repair parts--Included at no extra charge. All replacement parts are manufacturers original equipment..

Major repairs--rebuilding, circuit boards, overhauls and shop repairs are included at no additional charge.

Comparable loaner equipment supplied to eliminate unnecessary downtime.

One invoice per year eliminates costly and time consuming paperwork.

Field service technicians--are all trained individually and certified by each of the equipment manufacturers we represent.

Our Twelve Step Printer Service Program Includes:

Remove toner, paper dust and other contaminates from Printer.

Check and clean the fusing assembly.
-
Replace ozone filter (if installed).
-
Inspect transfer corona assembly and replace if necessary.

Inspect separation pad and replace if necessary.

Clean pick-up roller surfaces.
-
Clean beam to drum mirror.
-
Clean registration rollers.
-
Clean exit rollers.
-
Tighten or replace screws. Check exposed grounds.

Lubricate printer with appropriate high temperature grease.

Thoroughly clean the printer using a toner vacuum/blower professional cleaning system.
